   Direct Diode Laser Applications
   
The unprecedented high brightness of Apollo's laser devices make it possible to use direct diode lasers for many industrial and academic applications. Even with low-power output, Apollo's high-brightness devices can be used for laser marking, metal cutting, cladding, welding, and silicon wafer processing. The flexibility of wavelength selection and beam shape selection have provided unique solutions to our customers. The enabling technology also allows for significant cost reduction.
